Smith Warehouse Visitor Parking

Effective August 30, 2022, vehicle parking at Smith Warehouse has changed. Please be advised there is no longer metered parking at Smith Warehouse. All visitors to Duke Visa Services must follow the new parking rules outlined below.

All visitors who do not have a Smith Warehouse parking permit, must park in the visitor lot on the South side of the building off Maxwell Street. This parking lot is equipped with PayByPhone for the payment of parking fees. This includes students and scholars, and employees with Duke tags.

All visitors are permitted one hour of free parking. Thereafter, you will be required to pay the parking fees using PayByPhone or will be sited. Please note PayByPhone only accepts credit or debit cards.
