Federal Register Notice announcing that beneficiaries under the continuing TPS designations will retain their TPS

ALERT: On Nov. 10, 2022, DHS posted for public inspection a Federal Register Notice announcing that beneficiaries under the continuing TPS designations for El Salvador, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua, and the 2011 designation of Haiti and the 2013 designation of Sudan will retain their TPS while the preliminary injunction in Ramos v. Wolf and the stay of proceedings order in Bhattarai v. Nielsen remain in effect, as long as they remain individually eligible for TPS.
