This course will present an overview of the H-1B process. The class is intended for department HR and stakeholders responsible for inviting and maintaining H-1B visitors. The class will cover the role of the department, Visa Services, and the H-1B applicant. We will cover the required documents and the process to request and receive H-1B approval.
